Two Rivers Run 2015

This year’s Two Rivers Run will be on Wednesday 19th August, starting at 6:45 at Landguard View Point and finishing at Felixstowe Ferry on the sea wall.

It’s a handicapped run (based on your best time or pace for 5 miles) via a route of your own choosing between the two points.

All FRR members are welcome to take part but please enter beforehand by contacting Anne Oliver. You can post a message with your 5 mile time/pace on the Two Rivers Run event page, on the FRR Facebook page or send her an mail:- anne9oliver@hotmail.com.

Non-running members are welcome to come and join us at the finish and in the FBI afterwards.
