Wesel Running Club Visit – Your club needs you!
As some of you may be aware, a group of FRR members visited Wesel, Felixstowe’s twin town, back in May. They were treated to a weekend of hospitality and enjoyed a lovely break, hosted by members of the club, which included partaking in the Half Marathon.
As part of the twinning, some members of the Wesel Club will be visiting Felixstowe from 8th-11th Sept over the Coastal 10 weekend.
Those organising the visit could do with some friendly FRR volunteers to help make the visit a success. I’ve outlined the itinerary for the weekend below and if anyone would like to get involved and help out, please let Christina know.

Friday 8th Sept
Group of 10 arrive at Stansted – Some of our runners will collect them – mini bus being supplied by Level 2.
Meet at Alex for drinks at 8pm – all welcome.
Saturday 9th Sept
AM: FRR Kesgrave Parkrun Takeover.
All FRR welcome – volunteers for lifts from Felixstowe & for Parkrun.

Coastal 10. 6 of the visitors will be running.
Social event at 1200 at Adrians Beach Hut – see calendar or Facebook event for more details.
Evening: The Felixstowe Wesel Association will host a dinner.
