This year there is a change of start times for all routes.

Facilities
There are toilets available but there is limited changing areas. Many competitors arrive and leave in running gear or change in their cars.
Food and drink is available on site. These are reasonably priced with funds going to charity. If you want food to take with you (gels, power bars, drinks etc.), you will need to bring these with you.
There are water stations are available around the courses.
