12th August Our social event the Two Rivers Run – a handicapped race from Landguard point to the Ferryboat Inn. Contact Ali Ostler (secretary@frr.org.uk) to register

29th August our social team are organising a parkrun give-back (formerly known as a takeover) followed by a litter pick. Please volunteer at parkrun through the usual channels

12th-13th September We’re taking on the Round Norfolk Relay. We need more runners and support crew, so if you’re available please get in touch (webmaster@frr.org.uk)

20th September We’re hosting the Richard Bennett Felixstowe Coastal 10 mile race. If you’re available to volunteer please email coastal10@frr.org.uk
