Two Rivers Run

Two Rivers Run, Wednesday 19th August at 18:45.

This is a handicapped run from The View Point at Landguard to Felixstowe Ferry, finishing on the sea wall opposite the FBI.  It’s open to all FRR members but they do need to register in advance with me (Anne Oliver) giving their current best time for five miles for me to base their handicap on.  You will be sent off so that you should all finish together, however the route is up to the individual runner.  Then afterwards we usually go to the FBI for some food/beer.
