Meanwhile the first lady was Emilie Wix of Woodbridge Shufflers in a time of 41:54
The 5k was won by Ricky O’Neill of Ipswich Jaffa in 18:20 and first lady was Tilly Aldis of Ipswich Harriers in 19:46
